How it works
The TAWF events platform
Where TAWF athletes register, weigh in, pull, and keep their record. One account, every event, one season standing.
Your athlete account
Sign in with your email. No password: we send a link. Your profile holds your name, username, club, arm and weight class, and your card photo.
Already on a TAWF team? Your profile may exist before you sign in. Claim it with the email the league has for you and it becomes yours.
Register for an event
Pick the classes you will pull in, on either arm, at or above your weight. Sign the waiver online as you register. Pay the entry fee on the fan platform or by e-Transfer; staff confirm it at the scale.
You can change your classes or withdraw until the event starts.
A 3v3 Team Showdown is entered as a team: the captain names the three athletes and uploads the team logo, and each teammate signs the waiver on their own account.
Event day
Weigh in at the venue. Only the scale places you: the class you registered for is confirmed, or moved up, by what you weigh.
No-Elim means nobody is eliminated. Athletes in a division are drawn into groups and every athlete in a group pulls every other one. Every group match scores: a win earns points, a flash pin earns more, a foul costs. When the groups finish, the standings send the top athletes to the finals, pulled to two wins. Finals decide places, not points.
A 3v3 Team Showdown is pulled by teams of three: one Light, one Middle and one Heavy athlete, and all three pull every game on both arms. A game is twelve matches, four rounds of Light, Middle, Heavy: two rounds on the left arm, two on the right. Only the winner of a match scores: five points for the win, one more for a flash pin or the captain’s win, five more for a team that sweeps a class, and one less for each foul the winner committed. Once a game, a team may gamble on the next match to double its points, triple when both teams gamble it. The game is won at 100 points, or on points after the twelfth match; a tie goes to the Silver Bullet, one more pull that decides it. Two seeded rounds set the standings and the top four play the finals. A Showdown often shares its day with a No-Elim, and Showdown athletes pull in it free.
Results and standings
Every match is recorded at the table and results are posted the same day. Your profile keeps your place, wins and losses at every event you pulled in.
The season standings add up every completed event: events pulled, wins, losses, flash pins, fouls, points and medals. Practice days marked Demo never count.
Photos and your card
Upload one photo. Until the league styles it, a provisional cut shows on your profile; once styled, your card is what the venue boards show when you are at the table.
